Lead Safety for Renovation Repair and Painting
Many homes and buildings contain lead-based paint. In 2008 the E.P.A. issued a new rule regarding lead-based paint hazards that contractors must comply with effective April, 2010. Rick's Pontillo has compIeted the required course in accordance with 40CRF Part 745. Rick's Colonial Painting is certified and prepared to assist you with your lead-based paint issues.
